1. About Bip App

Bip App (bip.app.br) is a customer service automation platform that enables businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger accounts to an intelligent chatbot and CRM system. This Privacy Policy describes how Bip App collects, uses, and protects data obtained through Meta's platform APIs.

2. Data Collected via Meta APIs

To provide our services, Bip App requests the following Meta permissions on behalf of our business customers:

• whatsapp_business_messaging: Used to send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of our customers' WhatsApp Business accounts. This includes sending approved message templates (HSM) to end users who have opted in, and receiving inbound messages routed through the bot or attended by a human agent.
• whatsapp_business_management: Used to retrieve and manage WhatsApp message templates (create, list, and check approval status) within the customer's WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), allowing our platform to display and use approved templates in automated flows.
• business_management: Used to access the customer's Meta Business Manager assets, such as their WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and phone numbers, to facilitate the Embedded Signup onboarding flow where customers connect their WABA to our platform.
• Public Profile & Pages: Basic page information required to connect Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts for inbound message routing.

All data accessed via Meta APIs is used exclusively to provide the contracted services to our customers. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to the service.

3. How We Use the Data

• Route incoming WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger messages to the appropriate chatbot flow or human agent.
• Send outbound messages and approved WhatsApp templates on behalf of the business customer.
• Display conversation history and contact management within our CRM dashboard.
• Manage and display approved WhatsApp message templates for selection in automated flows.
• Facilitate the Embedded Signup flow so customers can connect their WABA without leaving our platform.

4. Data Storage and Security

Conversation data and contact information are stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Access tokens received via Meta's OAuth are stored securely and are never exposed to unauthorized parties. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, or as required by applicable law.

5. Data Deletion

Customers and their end users have the right to request deletion of their data at any time. To request data removal, contact us at suporte@bip.app.br. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (LGPD / GDPR).

6. Third-Party Sharing

Bip App does not sell or share Meta platform data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be shared with infrastructure service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, database providers) solely for operational purposes under strict data processing agreements.
