Bip App (bip.app.br) is a customer service automation platform that enables businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger accounts to an intelligent chatbot and CRM system. This Privacy Policy describes how Bip App collects, uses, and protects data obtained through Meta's platform APIs.
To provide our services, Bip App requests the following Meta permissions on behalf of our business customers:
All data accessed via Meta APIs is used exclusively to provide the contracted services to our customers. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to the service.
Conversation data and contact information are stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Access tokens received via Meta's OAuth are stored securely and are never exposed to unauthorized parties. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, or as required by applicable law.
Customers and their end users have the right to request deletion of their data at any time. To request data removal, contact us at suporte@bip.app.br. We will process all deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (LGPD / GDPR).
Bip App does not sell or share Meta platform data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be shared with infrastructure service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, database providers) solely for operational purposes under strict data processing agreements.
